Introduction

Jem Musselwhite Associates is a practice founded on over 28 years of experience in the construction industry. The principal of the practice, Jem Musselwhite, has spent a lifetime working in construction related disciplines. Jem followed his father into the construction industry in 1976 after leaving grammar school and, like his father, initially pursued the trade of carpentry and joinery, and gained formal qualifications in the craft. He later undertook further study at Southampton Institute of Higher Education and the Ellis School of Building to complete his professional qualifications as a Corporate Building Engineer.

Jem is a Member of the Association of Building Engineers (formerly the Incorporated Association of Architects and Surveyors). Jem prides himself on the technical expertise within his practice which although is of moderate size in comparison to many practices throughout the southern region, offers a level of professonal expertise based on sound technical knowledge and experience which is second to none.

The Practice

Jem Musselwhite Associates is a well respected Architectural Design and Building Consultancy practice based in the village of Braishfield, a small village located between Romsey and Winchester in Hampshire. Mr Jem Musselwhite is the principal of the practice and is directly responsible for all the work undertaken. The practice is comprised of a small team of dedicated professionals working on a range of projects of a commercial and residential nature throughout the area. Jem describes the practice as being "large enough to cope but small enough to care" and takes pride in the business' level of technical experience and commitment to customer care.
